Due to recent changes in Massachusetts law the Billerica Police Department will no longer release the following information in our public logs:

• Arrests associated with domestic violence
• Arrests associated with sexual assaults
• Incidents associated with domestic violence
• Incidents associated with sexual assaults

These changes will be applied to our weekly arrest log, dynamic dispatch log, the RAIDS Online crime mapping application and all social media communications.
