The Town of Billerica has declared a snow emergency parking ban starting tonight 12:00 AM for 24 hours. No on street parking will be allowed during the ban. Vehicles found parked on the street will be towed. In addition, there will be no trash or recycling pickup on Monday. Pickup throughout town will be delayed by one day as a result.
