National Night Out – A Night To Unite
The Billerica Police Department will be celebrating National Night Out
August 7, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Billerica Town Hall 365 Boston Road
National Night Out is an annual Community-building campaign that promotes Police-Community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer and better places to live. It provides an opportunity for our Men and Women in Blue to build relationships with our citizens.
We are proud to announce the following agencies that will be participating:
- Concerts on the Common with 4Ever Fab-Beatles tribute band
- Balloon artist Steve Klein will have games for the kids to play
- Lynnway Auto Auction is sponsoring Magician and Juggler Robert Clarke who provides magic, cool juggling skills, hilarious comedy routines and tons of audience interaction
- Billerica Police, Paramedics, Fire, Animal Control, and Department of Public Works will have numerous vehicles on display
- NEMLEC and Middlesex County House of Correction will be displaying SWAT vehicles
- Billerica, Burlington, Chelmsford, and Westford K-9 units will be conducting demonstrations
- Massachusetts State Police Air Wing unit will be conducting a flyover (weather permitting).
- Massachusetts National Guard 972 MP will display Military vehicles
- Antique cars will be on display
- Billerica Police Honor Guard “GRILL TEAM” will have Burgers and Hot Dogs for sale to help purchase new uniforms and equipment
- Billerica Council on Aging will be providing FREE snacks
- Billerica Friends of Music will be hosting an Ice Cream social
