Billerica Police officers salute retired Capt. Paul Holmes, a World War II Veteran who after the war served for 37-years with the Billerica Police Department. Billerica Police drove Holmes to and from the airport this weekend as Honor Flight New England flew Holmes and other veterans to Washington DC to tour the nation’s monuments.
